Role Overview:

As an Internal Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in increasing our quotation conversion rates, supporting business growth, and championing our high-quality sheet metal products and services.

Duties Will Include:

  1. Sales Conversion & Growth - Proactively follow up on quotations, convert enquiries into orders, and drive business growth through strategic sales planning.

  2. Customer Relationship Management - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing, past, and potential clients to maximise engagement and satisfaction.

  3. Collaboration & Delivery - Work closely with estimating and internal teams to ensure accurate quotations, seamless service delivery, and alignment with customer needs.

  4. Customer-Centric Solutions - Address client concerns effectively and present offerings confidently as the best-fit in quality, pricing, and delivery.

Ideal Candidate Background:

  1. Sales & Account Management - Proven experience in industrial sales, account management, or a related commercial role.

  2. Technical & Industry Knowledge - Strong background in engineering, manufacturing, or sheet metal, with solid technical understanding.

  3. Results & Growth Focused - Driven, ambitious, and experienced across the full sales process, with a track record of delivering results in fast-paced environments.

  4. Communication & Relationships - Professional, forward-thinking, and skilled in building strong client relationships through honest communication and adaptability.
