Junior HVAC & AC Engineer (Multi-Skilled Potential)

Location:Field-Based, Covering Nationwide England & South Wales

Salary:£30,000 - £32,000 per annum (Basic) -Significant earning potential with door-to-door hourly pay.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior HVAC & AC Engineer to join our expanding service team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with little tosome existing air conditioning experience and a willingness to develop their skills across a broad range of HVAC services.

You will be involved in a variety of tasks, working both independently on routine maintenance and reactive calls, and alongside senior engineers on more complex installations and quoted works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on a range of HVAC and air conditioning systems.
• Respond efficiently to reactive maintenance calls, diagnosing faults and undertaking repairs.
• Assist senior engineers with the installation of new HVAC and air conditioning equipment.
• Undertake quoted works, with appropriate guidance and support.
• Develop your knowledge and skills across various HVAC disciplines, including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken, including job sheets and service reports.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company procedures.
• Travel nationwide across England and South Wales as required.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times.

About You:

• A basic understanding of HVAC principles and some practical experience in air conditioning maintenance or servicing is desirable.
• Ideally, you will possess a relevant qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning or equivalent).
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills across all aspects of HVAC engineering.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A full UK driving license is essential.
• A flexible attitude towards travel and working hours.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
