Key tasks include;
- Conducting site setting out for house foundations, roads, sewers and groundworks on multiple housing developments
- Pre-site investigations, trial holes for accurate service location, additional topographical survey data collection
- Managing and producing site setting out information for both internal and external use
- Carrying out site as-built surveys
- Checking sub-contractor works setting out
The ideal candidate will;
- Possess previous experience as a Setting Out Engineer
- Have an excellent working knowledge of equipment and systems e.g. Auto Cad and Robotic GPS Total Station
- Promote a high standard of health and safety and environmental compliance
- Display excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
- Be self-motivated and able to manage projects simultaneously
- Hold a valid driving license
