Manpower are recruiting for Gardeners to work for our client based out of Queens Park in Loughborough. Working in this role you will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of gardens and landscaped areas. This role involves maintaining the park to ensure it is aesthetically pleasing, healthy, and thriving. You will provide your own grounds maintenance services in the park, as well as oversee a supplement team of gardeners, ensuring proper horticultural practices are followed and grounds maintenance work is undertaken to the highest of standards. You will also manage resources efficiently, while being the point of contact for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Good horticultural knowledge.
- Proven experience of managing a large garden or estate.
- A good knowledge of grounds maintenance and machinery.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Overall understanding of health and safety procedures.
- A full, clean UK driving license.
- Relevant Horticulture qualifications e.g. NVQ Level 3.
