We are currently seeking a production operative to join our team at our Loughborough site within the Laboratory Products Division. This role involves packaging laboratory consumables to support research, diagnostic, and clinical environments.

You'll be part of a hands-on production team ensuring that all products meet our high-quality standards, with opportunities to work across departments and develop your skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate packaging and labelling machines
  • Print and apply product labels
  • Complete production paperwork accurately
  • Follow production steps for materials and products
  • Carry out quality checks during and after production
  • Help with equipment maintenance and calibration
  • Support other departments when needed
  • Keep work areas clean and organised
  • Follow all health and safety rules

What You'll Need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or a similar environment
  • Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
