• Provide focused support both 1:1 and in small groups.

• Apply your background in psychology, sport or education to inspire and motivate young people.

• A degree in Psychology, Sports Science, Education, or a related subject.

• A genuine interest in supporting children and young people with SEMH needs.

• Strong communication skills, resilience, and empathy.

• Available full-time from August 2025.

• An enhanced DBS check (child workforce) on the Update Service - or willingness to obtain one.
