Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support R&D and New Product Development (NPD) projects by assisting in formulation development and small-scale laboratory testing
  • Accurately record, analyse, and interpret experimental data, and prepare clear reports for internal teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain high standards of health & safety and adhere to the company's quality management systems
  • Collaborate with team members to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Communicate findings effectively to line managers and contribute to project discussions

Requirements:

  • Recent degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
  • Recent Lab experience (academic or industrial)
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Proactive, curious, and a team player with strong communication skills
