Macildowie are working with this client based in Loughborough to recruit for an Accounts Administrator to join their established and growing finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, supporting a range of finance and administrative functions.
This is a permanent role suited to someone who thrives on variety and is looking to grow their experience in a busy, team-focused setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting with payment processing and basic bookkeeping

Maintaining and updating internal records and systems

Responding to emails and assisting with account queries

Preparing reports and assisting with reconciliations

Liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders

Providing general administrative support to the finance function
Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in administration or accounts support roles

Confident with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
-
Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude

Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
