- Speaking with new and existing customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable insurance products
- Building strong relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience

- Previous experience in customer service or sales (especially in a target or KPI-driven environment)

- Competitive salary of £21,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week – no weekends
