We're hiring a Digital & IT Senior Analyst with strong technical expertise and a strategic mindset. This role goes beyond ticket resolution, it's about leading IT projects, analyzing business needs, and delivering smart, scalable solutions in a manufacturing environment.
Role: Senior IT Analyst
Experience: 5+ years
Location: Loughborough
Working Days: 5 days/week in office
Duration: Permanent (should be eligible for BPSS clearance)
What You'll Do:
- Lead IT infrastructure and digital projects
- Analyze business processes and develop tech strategies
- Provide advanced support using ServiceNow and ITIL best practices
- Deliver outstanding customer service and user training
- Work closely with teams to implement solutions that drive results
What You Bring:
- Degree or relevant IT certifications
- 4+ years' IT experience, including project management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Experience with ServiceNow and in manufacturing environments
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, Microsoft, CompTIA)
