Your new company
Working for a growing legal practice based in their Leicestershire office, you will support a team of partners/directors with all secretarial duties.



Your new role
Providing secretarial and administrative support to legal professionals.
Managing diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging appointments.
Drafting and proofreading legal documents and correspondence.
Managing client files and maintaining an efficient filing system.
Liaising with clients and handling enquiries in a professional manner.
Assisting with billing and invoicing procedures.
Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Complying with all relevant legal standards and protocols.Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.




What you'll need to succeed
A successful Legal Secretary should have:

Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of legal terminology and court system.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and professionalism at all times.Excellent knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
