Residential Conveyancing Paralegal – LoughboroughOffice-Based | Full-Time | Competitive Salary (DOE) | 33 Days Holiday

Are you looking to build your legal career in a friendly, forward-thinking firm? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, full-service practice based in the heart of Loughborough.

We’re seeking a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to support a busy and experienced property team. This is a permanent, full-time role, ideal for someone with a law degree and a passion for property law. While prior conveyancing experience is desirable, it’s not essential—full training and support will be provided.

The Role:

  • Assist on a broad range of residential property matters, including freehold, leasehold, unregistered and new build work
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and the Land Registry
  • Prepare draft contracts, SDLT forms, registration applications and other legal documentation
  • Handle file openings, compliance and general administration

What We’re Looking For:

  • Law degree (or equivalent) required
  • Experience in a conveyancing environment preferred but not essential
  • Strong communication, organisational and IT skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive and client-focused

This position qualifies as Qualifying Work Experience (QWE) for aspiring solicitors, with study leave for the SQE exams offered. Flexible working is available, but the role is primarily office-based.
