Duties for the role of Senior Architect include:
- manage projects from conception to completion
- Ensure quality procedures are maintained and contribute to the growth of the department
- Demonstrate strong residential design ability with attention to detail
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and authorities
- Utilize AutoCAD and NBS Specification knowledge
- Oversee contract administration
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architect include:
- ARB registered
- Significant post RIBA part 3 qualification experience as an Architect within a UK practice
- Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD
- Experience working on bespoke residential projects
- Strong design and drawing skills
- Job running experience
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Rearsby area
