Export Coordinator - Shipping
Loughborough | 12-month temp (potential to go perm)
Full time, Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm
14.50-15 per hour
Join a global leader in the scientific industry as an Export Coordinator, supporting customers across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration or customer service experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, detail-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Prepare export documentation and shipping paperwork.
- Coordinate shipments and liaise with freight partners.
- Ensure compliance with export and customs regulations.
- Manage customer enquiries and provide excellent service.
- Keep accurate records and support the wider export team.
About you
- Previous admin or customer service experience, ideally in logistics or exports.
- Confident communicator with great attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Organised, proactive, and a team player.
- Knowledge of export processes or systems like SAP/Salesforce is a bonus.
