Description
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on industrial equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in line with health and safety regulations.
- Work collaboratively with the engineering team to improve machinery reliability.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any concerns.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment as required.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and equipment performance.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns to minimise downtime.
Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
- Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field.
- Experience working within the industrial/manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
Job Offer
- 42,600 per annum.
- Monday - Friday Days - 07:30 - 16:00
- 1 in 4 weeks on call paid at a premium
