Site Manager - Hospital Project (8 Weeks)
Location: Leicester
Rate: 260 - 280 per day
Start Date: 28th July
We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist on a hospital project, working closely with the existing management team to help deliver key elements of the build to the highest standards.
This is a temporary 8-week contract, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, high-spec healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the senior management team with site quality audits and inspections.
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors on-site to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to programme.
- Assist in enforcing and maintaining strict health & safety standards.
- Keep accurate records of site progress and reporting any issues to the Project Manager.
- Monitor snagging works and ensure remedial tasks are carried out efficiently.
- Help maintain compliance with NHS site-specific protocols where required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Site Manager on healthcare, education, or commercial projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS Black Card
- Able to liaise confidently with subcontractors, consultants, and client-side personnel.
