About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee evening operations on a prestigious project at the DNRC in Loughborough. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising works carried out during the late shift, ensuring that health & safety, quality, and programme requirements are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate trades and subcontractors during the 3pm-11pm shift.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
  • Monitor progress, report to the daytime management team, and maintain accurate site records.
  • Carry out quality checks and resolve any issues arising during the shift.
  • Liaise with site management and ensure smooth handover between shifts.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on healthcare, public sector, or sensitive projects.
  • Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Flexible and proactive approach to out-of-hours site management.
