Marketing Executive

Loughborough, hybrid

Up to £30,000

Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00

Macildowie are working with a leading client based in Loughborough to recruit a proactive and experienced Marketing Executive. This hands-on role will see you creating compelling content, maintaining the organisation's tone of voice, and driving forward both internal and external communication strategies. You'll work collaboratively with teams across the business and external partners to deliver engaging, brand-aligned messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Copywriting, proofreading and curating internal and external communications
  • Gathering news and insights from across the business
  • Guarding brand tone, identity, and messaging consistency
  • Delivering digital content including email campaigns and web updates
  • Evolving internal communication methods for greater impact
  • Coordinating with external agencies and creative partners
  • Supporting junior team members (Apprentice and Assistant)
  • Monitoring and reporting on campaign effectiveness

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Degree-level qualification
  • 5+ years in a communications role
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills
  • Experience producing multi-format content and maintaining brand identity
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing tools including SEO, WordPress, Google Analytics, and MailChimp
  • Strong organisation and stakeholder communication skills
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Office capability
