Description
- Handle incoming maintenance service requests via phone, email, or internal systems.
- Log and track all requests to ensure prompt resolution and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams to assign and prioritise tasks effectively.
- Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their requests.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and generate reports as needed.
- Support the team in identifying recurring issues and proposing potential solutions.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and service standards.
- Assist in general administrative tasks related to the helpdesk function.

A successful Maintenance Helpdesk Operator should have:
