In this role, you'llbe responsible for leading a dedicated production team, taking full ownership of your department's performance. You'll drive KPIs, tackle safety and quality concerns proactively, and keep your team motivated, focused, and high-performing. As a hands-on leader, you'll be central to team training and development, ensuring your people are skilled, confident, and cross-functional. Strong communication will be essential, both in your day-to-day leadership and in managing shift handovers and team meetings. 

You will be someone with a proactive mindset, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, and a strong ability to lead by example. Proven experience in a production environment is essential, along with the confidence to take initiative, perform under pressure, and inspire those around you.
