Location: Leicester (Office-Based)
Salary: 45,000 per annum (DOE)
We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a prestigious company working on high-profile projects, who are seeking an experienced Project Manager.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects, manage client relationships, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic team.
The Role:
Lead multiple projects within the Special Projects Division, managing client relationships and acting as the main point of contact.
Plan, forecast, and quote projects to ensure timely delivery and successful outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams and Directors to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee projects from initial brief through to completion, ensuring all details are managed efficiently.
Support and mentor junior team members, developing the team's capabilities.
Estimate projects and contribute to the strategic growth of the division.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven project management experience, ideally in luxury retail displays, special projects, or similar environments.
Strong commercial acumen and business awareness.
Excellent organisational, communication, and people management skills.
Ability to lead and develop colleagues effectively.
Experience with materials and processes across different types of projects.
Experience working with high-profile clients or brands is desirable.
Background in manufacturing is a plus.
