We are currently recruiting for a Buyer to work on a full time and temporary basis for our client based in Loughborough.
Job title: Buyer
Type of role: Temporary with an aim to become permanent
Salary: 14 per hour
Location: Loughborough
About the role:
Procurement of materials to support production
Track deliveries and collections, updating relevant teams.
Negotiate payment terms and review pricing for value.
Validate supplier quotations to maintain profit margins.
Maintain approved supplier list and research new suppliers.
Ensure product quality and resolve supplier issues.
Use data analytics to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
About you:
Experience in manufacturing and purchasing.
Strong supplier negotiation and ERP proficiency
Effective communication and decision-making.
