As a Specifications Technologist, you will take ownership of writing, maintaining, and updating product specifications. Your expertise will ensure full compliance with legislation while also exceeding retailer expectations. You will play a key role in supporting product launches, working closely with NPD, Quality and Production teams to bring innovative products to market with accurate, retailer-ready specifications. Building strong relationships with retailers will be an important part of the role, allowing you to understand their needs and deliver every detail to the highest standard.
To thrive in this position, you will need proven experience in writing retail product specifications within food manufacturing. Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail are essential, as you will be managing multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining absolute accuracy.
