£36,000 - £38.000 per annum
Elite Search Associates are currently looking for a Care Home Manager to join a small elderly care home in Sileby, Loughborough.
Package for the Care Home Manager includes but is not limited to:
- £38,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Full time hours
- Opportunities for training and development
- Opportunity to work in a small home with a good CQC rating
- Succession role due to the current manager retiring
Care Home Manager requirements:
- Diploma Level 5, The Registered Managers Award, NVQ4 or an equivalent or be willing to undertake this
- Previous experience working as a Home Manager within Elderly Care is essential
- Strong leader and confident in delivering excellent clinical leadership and line management
- Excellent knowledge of working within and to the CQC code of conduct guidelines.
