Responsibilities
As a Home Care Assistant, you will:
- Assist clients in maintaining independence in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
- Provide compassionate and tailored support, fostering meaningful relationships.
- Offer personal care assistance with dignity and respect when required.
- Support with medication management as needed.
- Support with light housekeeping and daily errands.
- Ensure the safety and cleanliness of clients’ homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the care team to deliver high-quality care.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care skills.
Compensation and Benefits

- Competitive pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour, among the highest rates in the sector.

Qualifications
To succeed as a Care Assistant, you should have:
- A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
- A caring and patient nature.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A full UK Driving Licence (required for travel between client visits).
- Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
