In this role, you will provide personalised support, companionship, and assistance with daily tasks to enhance the well-being of our clients.

Responsibilities

As a Home Care Assistant, you will:

• Assist clients in maintaining independence in their own homes by following personalised care plans.
• Provide compassionate and tailored support, fostering meaningful relationships.
• Offer personal care assistance with dignity and respect when required.
• Support with medication management as needed.
• Support with light housekeeping and daily errands.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of clients’ homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients and the care team to deliver high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance care skills.

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive pay: £12.50-£15.00 per hour, among the highest rates in the sector.

Qualifications

To succeed as a Care Assistant, you should have:

• A genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to build trusting relationships with clients.
• A caring and patient nature.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A full UK Driving Licence (required for travel between client visits).
• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or a similar role (preferred but not required).
