Location: Loughborough and surrounding areas?? Pay: £95 - £110 per day (depending on experience)?? Start Date: Ongoing roles available - immediate or September start?? About the Role:Supporting children with SEN on a 1:1 basis or in small groupsWorking closely with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver tailored support plansPromoting independence and confidence in learningHelping to create a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment? You will need:Experience working with children with SEN (e.g. Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, SEMH)A calm, empathetic and resilient approachStrong communication skills and a team-player attitudeA relevant qualification is desirable (e.g. Level 2/3 TA, SEN-related training), but not essentialAn enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one?
