• Hands on management position that would suit someone from a fabrication background.
• Salary c£50,000 to £55,000 as a guide.
• Day shift position within a growing engineering business with a strong order book.

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead a team of 40 across several areas of production. The business operate within the sheet metal / fabrication sector so any prior knowledge of manufacturing processes within this industry would be ideal.

Salary:£50,000 to £55,000 per annum. 25 days holiday + banks.

Working Hours: 7:30am 4:00pm Mon - Fri

This Production Operations Manager job will suit:

• Experience working within the sheet metal fabrication sector.
• Proven Man Management / Supervisory experience, alongside a track record of improving processes.
• Organised and a natural problem solver. Someone who wants to own the department and strive to continually improve all aspects.
• Proactive in nature. We need someone who will be ahead of the curve on any production related challenges.

• Ensuring quality remains high and health & safety procedures are adhered to.
• Working with necessary IT packages to manage work flow.

This job is commutable from Shepshed, Loughborough, Coalville, Castle Donington, Leicester.
