About Our Client:

Responsibilities:

  • Manage export documentation and shipping administration
  • Meet shipping deadlines and resolve customer inquiries
  • Collaborate with the Export sales team to deliver exceptional service
  • Ensure compliance with customs and export regulations
  • Participate in initiatives for business improvement and cost-saving

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Proven export shipping experience
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):

  • Understanding of IATA/IMDG regulations
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • A-levels or equivalent in Science and English
