Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 09:00 – 17:00, 37 Hours per week
Pay Rate: £ 14.00 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Assist team leaders to maintain high standards.

• Provide quality plumbing services to satisfy customers.

• Perform plumbing tasks safely and correctly.

• Help with emergency services when needed.

• Work with other trades for efficient coordination.

• Ensure safe working conditions and follow regulations.

• Report accidents and hazards quickly.

• Train and supervise apprentices if needed.

• Use and maintain tools and vehicles properly.

• Attend training and meetings.

• Cover for team members when required.

• Follow building and safety regulations.

Person Specifications
Must Have:

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing.

• Experience in plumbing maintenance.

• Knowledge of safety laws.

• Ability to work at heights.

• Good time management and problem-solving skills.

• Valid driving license.

Nice to Have:

• Advanced building trade qualification.

• Experience in tiling.

• Computer skills and PDA experience.

• Experience in social housing repairs.

• Good communication skills.
