The Role As Group Finance Manager, you will lead financial planning and analysis, manage a high-performing team, and partner with senior leadership to drive commercial performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
- Deliver insightful variance and trend analysis for senior leadership
- Build and enhance financial models to support decision-making
- Provide commercial insight to operational teams to improve profitability
- Manage, mentor, and develop finance team members
- Support financial due diligence and post-acquisition integration
- Utilise SQL and advanced Excel to analyse complex datasets and develop dashboards
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and external reporting standards
- Contribute to month-end and year-end close activities
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Strong FP&A experience with advanced financial modelling skills
- Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams
- Exposure to M&A activity and integration planning
- Excellent SQL and Excel capability
- Commercially astute with strong stakeholder management skills
