I’m recruiting on behalf of an exciting and fast-growing events company based in Loughton, Essex, specialising in a diverse portfolio of B2B and B2C exhibitions, conferences, and live shows. With continued growth across key industries, they are looking to expand their sales team with talented and driven Sales Executives across both Delegate and Sponsorship Sales.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, commercially minded environment and wants to build a rewarding career in the events sector.

?? Key Responsibilities:
  • Sell delegate tickets or sponsorship packages for a range of consumer and business events.

  • Identify and contact prospective clients via phone, email, and social platforms.

  • Build long-term relationships with both corporate sponsors and individual attendees.

  • Understand client objectives and present tailored solutions to meet their needs.

  • Collaborate with event, marketing, and production teams to ensure successful event delivery.

  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

?? Ideal Candidate:
  • 1-3 years’ experience in delegate or sponsorship sales, events sales, media sales, or B2C telesales.

  • A confident and persuasive communicator.

  • Self-motivated with a passion for events and a drive to succeed.

  • Organised and able to manage multiple campaigns at once.

  • Experience working with CRMs and sales pipelines (preferred but not essential).
