Influencer Outreach Executive - E-commerce Fashion Brand
Our client is a trend-driven e-commerce fashion brand, dedicated to delivering stylish, affordable, and high-quality pieces to a global audience. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Influencer Outreach Executive to lead and manage our influencer partnerships, with a strong focus on TikTok’s Affiliate Program, influencer collaborations, and community events.
Job Summary:
As an Influencer Outreach Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing relationships with social media influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. You will lead influencer marketing campaigns, focusing on TikTok and Instagram, while optimizing our TikTok Affiliate Program to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. You will also take charge of organizing influencer and community events, both online and offline, to strengthen brand loyalty and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
? Identify and recruit influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, aligning with our brand’s aesthetic and target audience.
? Manage TikTok’s Affiliate Program, onboarding influencers and ensuring high-performing partnerships.
? Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers, agencies, and content creators.
? Negotiate contracts, gifting strategies, and commission structures for influencer partnerships.
? Plan and execute influencer and community events, such as product launches, pop-up experiences, virtual styling sessions, and exclusive brand activations.
? Track campaign performance, analyzing key metrics (engagement, conversions, ROI) and optimizing strategies accordingly.
? Stay up to date with social media trends, emerging influencers, and competitor campaigns.
? Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer content with brand campaigns and product launches.
? Monitor influencer-generated content to ensure it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
? Manage influencer databases, outreach templates, and reporting tools.
Requirements:
? 1-2+ years of experience in influencer outreach, social media marketing, or affiliate marketing (preferably within fashion or e-commerce).
? Experience with TikTok’s Affiliate Program and understanding of influencer commission structures.
? Proven track record of running successful influencer campaigns and driving measurable sales.
? Experience planning and executing influencer or community events.
? Strong negotiation skills and ability to build genuine relationships with influencers.
? Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms and tools (e.g., TikTok Creator Marketplace, Upfluence, etc.).
? Passion for fashion and a deep understanding of social media trends.
? Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple collaborations and events at once.
? Creative mindset with the ability to develop campaign ideas that resonate with Gen Z and Millennials.
