2nd Line IT Support (MSP/ Luxury Brands)

Loughton - Hybrid

£38,000 - £42,000 + Overtime + Company Bonus (1 Months' pay)+ Progression + Company Benefits

Are you a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer from an MSP background looking to join a fast-growing, award-winning support company that works with luxury brands?

In this role you will be going through support tickets, ensuring SLA's are met, offer support & implementation services to clients, resolve helpdesk issues and provide support on Microsoft Operating Systems. The range of brands you will be liaising and building rapport with offers a fresh approach to every day, you are able to handle tasks to completion, work independently.

The ideal candidate has experience in MSP environment and an technical support background.
