Operations Manager

Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + Car Allowance
Full-Time | Permanent

Our Responsive Repairs team is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an experienced Operations Manager to help lead the way.

We’re looking for someone with a strong background in reactive repairs and voids delivery, ideally gained within a main contractor working in the housing sector. You’ll play a key role in overseeing multiple delivery models, working closely with commercial teams to ensure high performance, best value, and excellent client service.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the day-to-day delivery of reactive repairs and voids

• Ensuring successful performance across several live contracts

• Driving operational efficiency and service quality

• Collaborating closely with commercial, client and delivery teams

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety, policies, and procedures

• Monitoring KPIs and interrogating performance data to improve results

About You:

• Minimum 5 years experience with a main contractor, ideally in the housing sector

• Strong leadership and people management skills

• Confident using Microsoft Project and Excel Trackers

• Excellent data analysis and performance improvement abilities

• Reactive Repairs experience is essential 

• Full UK driving licence
