We are currently partnered with a National and Major Housing Developer and together we are searching for a Cladding / Faade Quantity Surveyor to work on their Cladding Remediation team.
This role presents a fantastic long-term opportunity to develop in your role and work on major residential developments, commercially managing projects from the ground up.
Initially you would be focused on working in close collaboration with the cladding remediation team and you will be responsible for Quantity Surveying duties for high-rise and mid-rise faade remediation schemes.
Based in the office in Loughton, with regular sites visits (all in Central London) and once you have passed your probation you will be given the flexibility to work at home on agreed days.

Our client is looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience in cladding remediation on high rise buildings. In addition you will have a general understanding of the Building Safety Act and its implications for cladding and external faade works.
