About the Role:As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage and grow your own desk within the education sector. You’ll build lasting relationships with schools and education professionals, placing high-quality staff into short-term, long-term, and permanent roles. No two days are the same—this is a fast-paced, target-driven role that requires excellent people skills and a proactive mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within schools and education institutions
- Source, screen, and interview candidates
- Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate placements
- Manage bookings and ensure a high level of service delivery
- Achieve agreed KPIs and revenue targets
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment (education recruitment preferred)
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Organised, resilient, and able to manage multiple priorities
- A genuine interest in education and helping schools find great staff
- A self-starter with a positive, team-focused attitude
