Our client, a well-respected Estate Agency is currently seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join their close-knit team in the Loughton area.
What’s on offer:
- £30,000 basic salary
- Outstanding OTE of £65,000

Working Days:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Friday
- Saturdays on a rota basis
Key duties as a Branch Manager will include, but will not be limited to:Â
- Leading, motivating, and managing the branch team to achieve success
- Carrying out market appraisals and securing new business to help grow the branch
- Developing and implementing strategies to expand the business and enhance the brand's reputation in the local area
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure efficiency and high service standards
Branch Manager requirements:
- Extensive experience in Estate Agency, with a proven track record in sales and management
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Highly organised, with strong time management and workload prioritization skills
- Driven and ambitious, with a hunger for success and business growth
- Full UK driver’s license
