Are you an enthusiastic and talented Teacher of MFL looking to join a high-achieving school in the heart of Loughton? We are seeking a dynamic and committed Teacher of MFL to join our successful Modern Foreign Languages department at our school in Loughton for a one-year maternity cover, starting in September 2025.
Our school is proud of its strong academic record and commitment to high standards-88% of our students achieve Grades 9-4, and many go on to study at top universities including Oxford and Cambridge.
The Role:-
Teach French with Spanish across KS3 to KS5

Deliver engaging and challenging lessons in line with the curriculum

Contribute to the continuing success of the MFL department

Inspire students to develop their language skills and cultural understanding

Is a passionate Teacher of MFL with the ability to teach French and/or Spanish to GCSE and A-Level

Has the ability to teach an additional language to Key Stage 3 or GCSE (preferable)

Is committed to high standards of teaching and learning

Values inclusion, diversity, and student well-being

Will contribute positively to our CPD and mentoring programmes
