The Company
You’ll be joining a founder-led business that supplies products to over 30 countries, with a growing retail arm. The company has delivered consistent YoY growth and continues to go from strength to strength. This is a standalone role where you’ll take ownership of managing global 3PL relationships and overseeing international shipping operations. You’ll be working closely with the founder, who is hands-on, passionate about empowering people, and committed to building a values-driven business.

What will you do as a Wholesale Shipping and Logistics Manager
- Working across 2 sites Monday to Thursday in Loughton and Harlow
- Ensuring compliance with customs, import/export duties, HS codes and regulatory documentation
- Overseeing order fulfilment, inventory control and shipment tracking
- Booking in deliveries through partner portals, managing collections and delivery
- Track and report on logistics costs and warehouse charges
- Responsible for pricing, terms and inventory
What will you need to be a Wholesale Shipping and Logistics Manager
- Must have wholesale logistics experience
- Regulatory compliance & documentation knowledge
- Worked with multi brand retailers
- Happy to work across 2 sites, with 2 days in the Distribution Centre
- Advanced Excel user and experience using ERP systems and retailer portals
