We are looking for a compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Worker. In this role, you will provide practical and emotional support to individuals with a range of needs, including learning disabilities, mental health conditions, physical disabilities, or older age-related needs. Your support will help people live independently and achieve their personal goals
Key Responsibilities:

Provide person-centred support to individual with complex needs.

Encourage independence and support service users in accessing community services and social activities.

Build trusting, positive relationships with individuals and their families.

Keep accurate records of support provided and report any concerns to senior staff.

Work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for individuals.

Follow safeguarding and health & safety policies at all times.
Requirements:

Genuine passion for helping others and making a difference.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-in shifts as required.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience in a care or support role is essential

A valid enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).
