As a Care Home Manager, you will:

  • Manage the overall running of a 50 bedded residential home
  • Manage and support your staff, providing guidance and supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
  • Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing strategies.
  • Oversee commercial control, including budget and fee management.
  • Work with hospitality and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
