As a Care Home Manager, you will:
- Manage the overall running of a 50 bedded residential home
- Manage and support your staff, providing guidance and supervision.
- Collaborate with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and CQC compliance.
- Maintain optimal occupancy through creative marketing strategies.
- Oversee commercial control, including budget and fee management.
- Work with hospitality and maintenance teams to uphold high standards.
The Care Home Manager will benefit from:
