Holt Engineering have a fantastic opportunity for a Workshop Assistantto join our client based near Christchurch, you will be working within a busy stores and factory environment as a key member of the team.

The position is working Monday to Fridaywith flexible start and finish times,Counterbalance Forklift licence would be essential.The position is permanent withan annual salary of 25,500

Main duties for the successful Workshop Assistant :

Keeping all manufacturing and production areas clean following a regular cleaning schedule
General repairs and maintencane on site and within the yard area
Draining and cleaning machines annually
Operating the forklift to move materials

To be considered for the Workshop Assistant:

Previous experience within a workshop role
Valid Counterbalancelicence
Excellent attention to detail
Work well within a team
Great time keeping and attendance
