Graduate Sales Administrator

We’re looking for a motivated Graduate Sales Administrator to join a leading engineering manufacturer in Lower Dicker. You’ll play a key part in supporting the sales process — preparing quotations, processing customer orders, and managing communications between clients, distributors, and internal teams.
  
The Role:

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, and orders
• Maintain CRM records and follow up on leads and sales activity
• Coordinate with engineering and production teams to meet customer requirements
• Support general office and sales administration

You’ll Need:

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Confident use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Interest in engineering, science, or technical products
