The school is seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting teachers in the classroom and providing 1:1 and small group interventions where needed. This is a long-term role starting in September 2025, with the potential for a permanent opportunity.

The successful Teaching Assistant will:
  • Have experience working with children or young people (education, youth work, SEN, or similar)

  • Be enthusiastic, patient, and supportive

  • Be confident working 1:1 or in small groups

  • Be committed to promoting inclusion and raising student achievement
