Keeler Recruitment is pleased to be partnering with Nomad Foods (Birds Eye, Aunt Bessie's, Goodfella's), a leading name in the frozen food sector, to support the recruitment of an experienced FP&A Manager. This is a newly created role, responsible for setting up and managing a new FP&A function across three manufacturing sites in Lowestoft, Hull, and Ireland.

This role will play a key part in embedding financial planning and analysis into day-to-day factory operations, ensuring greater visibility of performance and enabling more informed decision-making across the sites. The successful candidate will lead all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting, while managing a team of analysts and working closely with site leadership and supply chain finance stakeholders.

Key Focus Areas

  • Development and management of FP&A processes across three manufacturing sites
  • Financial planning, forecasting, and cost analysis to support operational decision-making
  • Business partnering with factory leadership and supply chain finance teams
  • Oversight of financial reporting, month end close, variance analysis, and modelling
  • Leading and developing a small team of analysts
  • Supporting ongoing improvements to reporting tools, processes, and systems

Candidate Profile

  • Professionally qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in FP&A roles within a manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain environment
  • Effective team leader, with the ability to build strong relationships at site level and with wider finance functions
  • Competent with financial systems and data analysis tools (SAP preferred)
  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset, with the ability to distil complex data into actionable insight

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with strong operational focus and leadership experience to build and shape a new function within a well-established business. The role offers broad scope and visibility across multiple sites and would suit someone confident working in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
