- Operate various plant machines (e.g., Cropping, Bending, Drilling, Sawing).
- Follow processes for steel and aluminium, working to drawings and job cards.
- Monitor and prevent SQEs, ensuring quality control and batch traceability.
- Participate in Quality-H&S assessments and report recommendations.
- Collaborate with teams, raising NCRs for supplier issues and using STOP authority for safety.
- Maintain equipment, conduct safety checks, and follow SOPs and SSOWs.
- Act as an ambassador for company values, maintain flexibility in tasks, and prioritize safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Possess wide and current knowledge of product-specific techniques, equipment, and processes.
- Self-motivated, with a desire to exceed targets and strive for self-improvement.
- Excellent time management skills, able to work accurately and to tight deadlines without direct supervision.
- Good communicator at all levels, understanding customer needs, and able to prioritise, plan, and organize work to meet business demands.
