Hales Group are delighted to be supporting our client based in Lowestoft who are looking for a Finishing Operative to join their team; working as part of the team to carry out the finishing processes to meet the demands of customer orders/stock requirements and to work schedules set.  KEY TASKS
  • Follow job card and drawing instructions for all finishing tasks.
  • Ensure quality checks and request assistance when needed.
  • Assemble, pack, and despatch finished products.
  • Perform degreasing and spray-line tasks as required.
  • Optimise time and resources to meet business targets.
  • Adhere to H&S policies and procedures.
  PERSON SPECIFICATION AND SKILLS
  • Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
  • High concentration for degreasing and powder coating tasks, following safety regulations.
  • Practical skills for using plant, tools, and equipment.
  • Capable of repetitive tasks.
  • Desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Good communication skills and integrity.
