Meridian Business Support is recruiting a Home Care Assistant (Domiciliary) on behalf of a respected private healthcare provider in the Suffolk area.
Your Role as a Home Care Assistant:
- Deliver high-quality personal care in the clients home
- Promote independence and dignity in every interaction
- Be flexible and responsive to client needs
- Represent the service with professionalism, compassion, and pride
- A caring and patient nature
- Great communication skills
- Calm under pressure
- Previous care experience is helpful but not essential
