We’re looking for a dynamic and driven Commissioning Operations Manager to join our team in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a pivotal leadership role where you’ll oversee the successful commissioning and delivery of high-quality services, systems, or facilities—ensuring everything runs like clockwork from day one.
What you’ll be doing:

Leading the commissioning process from planning through to execution

Managing operational teams to deliver outstanding outcomes

Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transitions and high service standards

Driving performance, compliance, and innovation

Identifying and overcoming challenges before they become problems
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in commissioning and/or operational management

Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams

Excellent project management and analytical abilities

A confident communicator with a proactive, can-do approach
- NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience, desirable but not essential.
