Your new companyWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Production Manager for a leading food manufacturer. This role is pivotal in ensuring that production targets are met efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Your new roleYou will manage day-to-day operations, lead a team of supervisors and operators (30+), and drive continuous improvement across the plant.

  • Oversee daily production activities to meet output, quality, and safety targets
  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maximise performance and engagement
  • Monitor KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and reduce waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP, GMP, BRC)
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports for internal and external audits
  • Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence

What you'll need to succeedYou will have proven experience as a Production Manager in a food manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of food safety standards and regulatory compliance.
